Libda & George Kohut (Bachmeier)I/we are so sorry to hear of Mitchell's passing at this young age. Our prayers are with all of his family. One found memory I, Linda, have fond memory about Mitchell, that makes me think of him every Christmas. He made, for me, a stable made from wood. A touch of an abstract look to the uneven lengths of wood. (Which I like.) He used popsicle sticks, he ha stained, for the roof. He had this all sitting on a stained piece of wood; with room to hammer nails into the wood to make fence posts. Then used popsicle sticks to make a fence. He fashioned little pieces of straw into a rope with a knot, to hang on a nail. He had straw bales standing in a corner. There is a loft in it. He made a crooked popsicle stick ladder. I was so very touched that he gave this to me. I love it. Especially because Mitchell made it. He was a sweet soul. Rest in God's peace my friend. Til we meet again.

Christina KleinDear Chantal, Laska, Nick and Doug: I was a friend of your mom's, working together and then writing to each other as our children were being born and growing up. I am so saddened now to hear of the passing of your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Diana MynyChantal, Laska, Nick and Doug and families, So very sorry to read about your dad's passing. I knew both your mom and dad, and all of you when you were much younger, from my days at Bethel Baptist Church. While there are no words that I can share to help ease your pain, may memories of good times with your dad bring some comfort in the coming days. Diana Myny
Matthew ForeChantal, Hyeonho, Alina, Lydia, and family, I'm sorry for your loss and that you cannot be present with your family at this moment. May God's promise of the resurrection of the body bring you the greatest comfort as we look forward to that day. Mourn because of death's doing but rejoice for your father is with God. God's presence be with you. Matt.
John CameronWhen I learned of Mitch’s passing, I remember back several years ago when we worked together at Kellogg’s. I always enjoyed Mitch’s input, friendliness, and sense of humour. While we hadn’t been in contact for several years, I do feel fortunate to have worked with him even if it was a short time. My condolences to the family over your loss.
Dean and Brenda DolbearChantel, Laska, Nick and Doug. We offer each of you our sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad. Please know that you are in our prayers and our kindest and caring thoughts are with you at this very sad time in your lives. We do think of you from time to time and remember you well from Bethel Baptist in Strathroy and also First Lobo Baptist. We trust you are doing well and that you not only remember your days in children and youth programs at both churches, but more importantly that you remember and follow the Lord whom we served and worshipped together. You likely remember Pastor Archie who often used this priestly blessing for special occasions, and we share that with you at this time. " The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you: the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace". Numbers 6:24-26 With affection, Dean and Brenda Dolbear

Darlene KindiakDear Mitchell, On this Father’s Day Weekend (June 2021) …. quiet tears continue to flow since the Announcement of your passing two months ago. It’s SO hard for ALL of us to truly let you GO. • We know how you loved your children and grandchildren more than anything … • We know how you were consistently the most committed employee at the various companies of Chrysler, Kellogg’s and Labatt’s … and, • We know and were ALL witness to your pain, as life created one challenge after another. While Chantal, Laska, Nicholas and Douglas will forever miss your precious presence in their lives, just know that the strong foundation, countless family memories, along with your many “fatherly” teachings that you brought into their lives will be the strength that carries them onward. In addition, just know …. you will be forever missed at ALL our family dinner gatherings … and your role of carving the festive turkey will be Very difficult to replace. In following Ukrainian tradition, you can be assured that over this upcoming year …. at every family gathering, we will not only ensure that an empty place-setting is present for you in your honour …. but this year, we will also add a second empty place-setting in honour of +Christine’s 20th anniversary. Your memory will not be forgotten. Love Always, Darlene
