We have been next door neighbours to Daniel and his family since April of 2006.... Daniel was a wonderful family man who always had a loving smile and wave, for us everytime we saw him. May your family find comfort in this difficult time, you will be in our prayers Marianne and Jason Baker

Having worked with Daniel at the Health Centre, I was so sorry to here about your loss. Daniel was a very loving and open person and it is impossible to say a mean thing about him. He greeted staff, clients and visitors with an open heart and made you feel welcomed and special. He was always very caring and will be missed.

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. ~ Author Unknown I met Daniel through his work with the Latino Project. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Daniel, you will be missed dearly! Daniel was an amazing person to work with, I am greatly blessed to have met him. We worked on the Families in Action project together for 2 years and he always had a smile on his face, was dedicated to his job, always trying to help in anyway possible. He was a brave man who was not afraid of challenges, obstacles, and had a strong character. May God bless you and I pray you rest in peace. May God be with your family at this difficult time.

It had been a great privilege and honour working with Daniel in the Latino Families in Action Project. Daniel was such a dedicate health professional with a big heart for people he cared for. He found meaning in helping people who are in need. Daniel was also kind, loving, and patient to everybody around him. Daniel was a man of faith. He courageously battled cancer and lived up to his faith for years. His great concern was all about his family, loving wife and two precious children. Daniel, you taught me a lot about life. I take comfort that you are now in a better place watching over us with a smile. Your passing makes me treasure life on earth and strive for life in eternity.

Querido amigo descansa en paz. Permaneceras vivo en nuestros corazones. Hombres como tu permanecen vivos por siempre en el recuerdo de todos aquellos que tuvimos la fortuna de cruzarnos en tu camino. Daniel always had a twinkle in his eye, a smile and a kind word. He always made others few special and included. He will be missed greatly. My deepest sympathy to his wife and 2 beautiful children......his gentle spirit will live on in them.
