To Liza's Family. I knew Liza from Parkwood, Hospital. I did not work with her , shared lunches, and suppers, at the same table. I remember one day I had photo's and was showing them to Liza. She really liked the photo of the Monarch Butterfly on a flower, which I had taken, in my garden. She asked if she could have it , I was more than happy to give it to her, as I had another. She gave me a hug, and a big smile, and thanked me so much. Butterflies are a symbol of Palliative care, were I worked at that time. I like to think from now on when I see a Monarch Butterfly I will remember Liza, and her big smile. God Bless her family. She will never be forgotten. Linda tait

I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far (Philippians 1:23) Our Heavenly Father is the potter and we are the clay; no clay can stop the potter, nor can it question his right; no clay can resist his will, nor alter his plans. We will keep your family in our prayers; God will strengthen you at this very difficult time and fill your heart with heavenly peace.Amen.

I didn't know Liza personally, but I was saddened to read of your loss. My sympathy goes out to your family and her many friends. It seems that she was a well loved and respected person. May the drawing close to God in prayer comfort you now and in the days ahead (Psalm 34:18, Philippians 4:6,7).
Our Valliyammi, God is grateful at all times & He knew what was best for His loved ones! He never made us suffer as much as He did on the Cross! He loved & blessed us to live & enjoy miraculous years! Liza mummy had good faith & bore the pain till the end. She smiled through the illness, hiding it to the core & her voice kept echoing when she laughed.....she made us laugh & forget our struggles! We enjoyed our moments talking with her in October!!! Your memories will flourish throughout & will surely make us believe God is great & Merciful! Valliyappa & Bijuchayen will remain in our prayers! With lots of Love & hugs, Shereen & Santosh
To Liza 's family. I have many wonderful memories of working with Liza at Parkwood. She was always there for advice, direction and support. What I will treasure the most is her kindness and the ability to make others laugh especially with giggles she tried so hard to cover up with her hands. She will always have a special place in my heart. May your many memories give you peace and comfort at this time. You are all in my prayers. Sylvia Costella
Valiamummy , Words cannot hide the pain that we experience today on your dismissal.. Its very difficult to think even in our dreams that you are not there in midst of us.. From Childhood, we grew Under the shelter of your disciplined and encouraging words. We will Miss you a lot Valiamummy.. Rest in peace. The radiance which was once bright ,will be taken away from our sight.Though nothing can bring back the hour of joy and happiness that we shared. We will grieve not, but find strength that we will meet one day. Valliapappa and Biju, May God Almighty give you strength to bear the pain of loss.
