Peacefully at McGarrell Place on Friday, September 19, 2014, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Gwen for 52 years. Loving father of Adam and father-in-law of Maria. Proud Opa of Alisa, Amanda and Nathan, and Great Opa to Benjamin. Dear brother of Adam, Roelof and Aly, all of the Netherlands. Predeceased by his son Robin (2010), his brother Jerry and his sister Hermanna. As per Henk’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Henk are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society – London and Middlesex.
