Peacefully but unexpectedly on Monday, November 17, 2014 at University Hospital in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Nelson Corby. Loving mother of Steve Corby and his wife Margaret, and Brad Corby and his wife Lorie. Dear grandmother of Daryl, Taryn, Jenny, Lynsay, Nicole (Bryan), Matthew (Jocelyn) and James and great-grandmother of Sawyer. Loving sister of Bill Bennett (the late Doris) and Betty-Lou Beard (Jack). A special thank you to George and Connie for their wonderful care over the years. The funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment, Woodland Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Connie are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society.
