I was just searching the Internet today to get Niki's LinkedIn, as I have a new friend who lives in Sarnia and thought, I havent talked to Niki (NicolaBella) in a while.....I have her cell and email address though, so was feeling a little silly that I was searching the Internet for her...... And now I know why.....I am stunned and saddened to see that Nikeroo is no longer with us. We met 17 years ago when she was in Toronto and became fast friends. Her energy was fantastic.....we used to sit and watch The Iron Chef on TV for hours and hang out.....such an intelligent, energetic soul she was.... She called me Jiff when she said my name quickly one day in a really high voice.....that stuck and I was now Jiff......I wish I could her it one more time, but it is in my memory as clear as a bell..... I'll miss her laugh, her clumsiness, her giant winter coats and her boundless energy...... To her family....I am so sorry that you lost Niki so young......this is truly stunning and tragic. I hope that you are healing, but still thinking of her always..... This is a lesson to call your friends often and tell them you love them. I would always tell Niki that I loved her and hoped I would see her soon......that love will never die and my memories of Niki are burned in to my brain...... I love you, Niki, my good friend......rest your soul and I will see you again someday....xo

I once hired Nikki through the U. of Waterloo Co-op Program to work at my then CD-ROM Store in Toronto. I regretted losing her as an employee and as a friend. I only just became aware of her passing and am shocked. My deepest condolences to your family.

I met her long ago on vacation in Cancun Mexico. She was a wonderful person. I will never forget her.
