Mary will be sadly missed by all her neighbours on Thornton Ave. I enjoyed many chats with her as she puttered around in her garden, she would often invite the kids over to pick a flower to bring home...Mary was a kind & gentle soul. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten by all her neighbours. Sincerely, Jen Tomazincic & Family #81

Mary will be greatly missed by all of us on Thornton Ave. When we came by to sell Girl Guide cookies, she would put her hands on her hips and say "well now...how on earth did you girls know that I was all out of cookies to have with my tea today!" She was the highlight of our Christmas carolling this year; when we showed up she put on her coat, sat down on the front step and humoured us all with many requests. I could go on and on with the kind things that Mary has touched us all with over the years. It was a pleasure and an honour to live by such a special lady for so many years. Please know that your mother/grandmother will always be fondly remembered by all of her neighbours Sincerely, Alison Dudek #79
