Peacefully at home with her family by her side on Thursday, June 25, 2015, Lucille went to heaven at the age of 83. Cherished mother of the late Linda (Ben) Benedict, Margaret (Wayne) Comeau and Walter (Misun) Wareham. Beloved grandmother of Nicole and Jennifer Benedict, and Monique Comeau. Dear sister of Gwen (Casey) Hoogeveen, Deanna Fegans and Sharon (Lonnie) Scheiding. Lucille was the world’s best nurse for 50 years, an extraordinary artist for 60 years and a Hamilton Tiger-Cats super fan for over 70 years. She had an unforgettable, uplifting presence and will be dearly missed. A huge debt of gratitude is owed to the dedicated medical professionals who joined us on the journey. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at FOREST HILL SENIOR’S CENTRE, 595 Proudfoot Lane, London, on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. As per Lucille’s wishes her body was donated to Western University Anatomy Department. Donations may be made to The Lung Association.
