We will always remember you Aunt Jenny. We looked forward to your visits to Scotland. We enjoyed your sense of fun and great humour. You leave us with many wonderful memories of the times we shared. Our thoughts are with your extended family at this sad time.

Our favourite Aunt Jenny. You are a thousand winds that blow . You are the diamond glint on snow. You are the sunlight on golden grain. You are the gentle autumn rain. You are the quiet bird in circling flight. You are the soft starlight at night. You gave us so many happy memories, we will miss and love you always. until we meet again, rest in peace.

I will always remember Jenny as most lovable and caring person. Jenny taught me how to bake and she share her life stories over cup of tea. It was an honor to have known such a great person and I will truly miss her. My deepest condolences to the family.

We were very saddened to hear of Jenny's passing. We have many fond memories of Jenny. She always had a smile on her face and her conversations were full of laughter and delight. We will miss her.

Jenny and Jim will always have a special place in our hearts. We got to know them when we bought their home at 1153 Prince Philip Drive, and we greatly enjoyed their visits at any time, but especially at Christmas, when they would bring along a tin of Jenny's delicious shortbread cookies! They were both kind, open-hearted, and fun to be with. Jenny kept going after Jim died though she missed him dearly. Her garden and flower baskets continued to be a riot of colour each year. She was an inspiration. I thought about her on her recent birthday -- September 11th - but I am sad I couldn't get out to see her. Rest in peace Jenny.

So saddened to hear of the passing of " Aunt Jenny " Always a beautiful smile...a wonderful spirit...a loving laugh...a gorgeous garden...and the best Scottish short bread ever. She will be missed.

Jenny was a bright light, cheerful and generous and she and Jimmy were a loving team. Jenny saw fun in everything, she made you feel special when you met. I still use her Griddle (she smilingly referred to them as "Girdle") Scones and think of her. A warm and kind person who left a legacy of respect and love.

We too were saddened by Jenny's passing. As long time neighbours on Whitton Ave, Jenny and Jim's was known as the place for a good party. Their beautiful gardens were always preened to a tee. They were wonderful contributors to the annual street golf tournament. Their warmth will be missed!

Such a bright light in this world. So many wonderful childhood memories of my Aunt Jenny. Love you and miss you, Rest In Peace Aunt Jenny.

We'll always remember Jenny as the greatest hostess ever, and a second mother to me during my days at 1130 Prince Philip. I can hear her laugh as I write this. Our condolences to Jim, Linda, Derek, Ryan, and families. We'll be having a wee drinkee in her memory.

We will sure miss you, Jenny... our sentinel to the condo complex with your cheerful greetings ..., our fun conversations on your porch, your lovely garden. It won't be the same without you and we will have a drink (or two) with our neighbours in your memory. Our condolences to the family. (River Ridge, #24)
