Jessamyn Veronica Teale (née Thomas)

After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Jessamyn Veronica Teale, 45 years of age, has gone to be with her Saviour. Cherished wife of Jason, and loving mother of Zachary, Nova and Jaxon. She will be deeply missed by her parents Brenda and Danny Thomas; sister and best friend Daphne Thomas; sister Jackie Thomas; brother Brendan and his wife Charity; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins in the Thomas, Teale and Marshall families. Special aunt to Kristyn and Dezarae. Jessamyn lived a fulfilling life, caring for her three children, who she absolutely loved and adored. She was to everybody exactly what they needed, which meant something different to each person. Jessamyn was always available to her friends and family, and to all those around her, always going out of her way to help whenever and however. Her heart print will remain with us forever. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where, as per her wishes, a Celebration of Life will be conducted on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the Lambeth Royal Canadian Legion, 7097 Kilbourne Road, London. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jessamyn are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Centre or the London Humane Society.

I taught Jaxon two years ago at St. Charles School. I was there for the year as Early Childhood Educator. I would just like to offer my condolences to the family and friends of Jessie Teale. Jay, Zach, Nova & Jaxon, Although we knew this day might come, we were so sad to get the news of your mom's passing Zach. We are all thinking of you right now, and want you to know that she loved you and was loved. The other day, I wrote the following mother into a short story. It could have been Jess, she was so proud of her kids: "The day of the game, I was nervous, but Zach seemed relaxed and calm. “Who are you?” I said to Zach “I’m a team player,” he said. “What are you?” I said. “I’m strong, smart speed,” he said. “Okay, then go do what you love to do,” I said and kissed him goodbye."
