Peacefully at his residence on Sunday, January 17th, 2016 at the age of 75.  Beloved husband of Sheila.  Dear father of Todd Fletcher and his wife Emma, and Kevin Fletcher and his wife Jessica.  Cherished grandfather of Brady, Bellana, Samantha and Desmond.  Cremation has taken place, and a memorial celebration will be held at a later date.  Donations in Walter’s name to the LHSC – Cancer Program would be appreciated by the family.

To you all, I remember your dad as a very kind and happy man back in the days of Byron Hills. I know he will be missed. My thoughts are with you through this painful time.

Sheila and family, I have many memories of times Walter and I spent working together for many years. After retirement we didn't see too much of each other but it was always great to hear the updates from Kevin about Walters golfing trips. We know each of you will miss him very much.
