Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, April 27th, 2016, Mrs. Shirley Mae (Thompson) McKinlay of London in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jack McKinlay (1999). Cherished and loved Mom of Ronalee Porter (Jim) and Bob (Beth) McKinlay. Dearly loved Grandma to Michael (April) Barber, Suzanne (Shawn) Reidy and Bobby (Erin) McKinlay. Adored great-Grandma to Shelby, Mackenzie, Mason and Landyn Barber, Dawson, Sydnee and Kellen Reidy, and Abbey and Nolan McKinlay. Dearly loved aunt of Carolynn Fryer and great-aunt to Kathryn, John, Geoff and Colleen and many great-great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Gordon Thompson, grandson Brendan Barber and son-in-law John Porter. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, May 5th, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Dr. Douglas Ross officiating. My Auntie Shirley will be missed by many. I will cherish the memories I have of her. I am sorry that I never said good bye to you or that I love you one more time.
