Del's life was a shining example of Jesus's love. Roland and I enjoyed the memories she shared of growing up in Eastern Canada. She was very devoted to her family and proud of each one of them. I remember the first time I meet Del. It was about 21 years ago shortly after Roland and I got married. I was in the drugstore when she came over to me with a big smile and said " I have seen you at Knollwood, my name is Del. " We have been friends ever since. One of the last conversation I had with Del she expressed how much she was looking forward to seeing Jesus. She looked at me with a big beautiful smile which I will never forget. Our condolences and prayers to each member of the family. Love in Christ, Roland and Linda.
Del was my neighbor my whole life on Sterling Street. Del and my Mom were friends and when my Mom passed away last year she came to visit me and ask how I was doing. She always talked about family and treasured all of them. My children also grew to love her and she always remembered their birthday's and holidays and always had a special treat on Halloween for the neighbourhood children. I missed her when she moved. I know that she had some struggles lately - and that a friend in her building got a message to me - and I sent over a note to let her know we were thinking of her and praying for her. My condolences to you and your family. Ann Wild, Steven, Sarah and Jonathan Wild

Our sincere condolences, Shirley and family. As of yesterday we continue our journey without Del. Del was a devoted Church member, a loving caregiver & visitor especially to my friend the late Ruth Howlett. We all share in the memories, the sunflowers, the Mandeville plant, the Christmas parties and in the memory that Del as a precious child of God. Smiles and hugs characterize Del. Ross & Dawn MacKay
