Sharon, I wish to share my condolences on the passing of Logan. It was a pleasure knowing him all those years working on the farm. Thinking of you in these difficult times.
Cathy, Barb, Sandy and families , please except my sincere condolences on the loss of your Dad. We had many good times together in the OR at St Joe's. Logan was such a talented anesthesiologist, and a delight to work with. I will always remember the classic look, with his warmed gown, clogs, green jujubes, and the can of coke. He will be missed by all who knew him. Sharon, I know you and Logan had a special relationship. You are all in my thought and prayers.
I have worked with Logan in the OR since 1979, until I retired in 2015... ......he was was calm, organized, predictable, professional, and a man of few words, a master of economy of movement, and did not tolerate anything less than 100% committment to the patient. He was a rock of stability in the OR, and I was always thrilled to have him as our anesthesiologist when he was assigned to my list. I saw him last a few weeks ago when I happened to be assisting in the OR and heard it was his birthday. I went into his OR to congratulate him, and he broke into one of his rare smiles, asked me about a few retirement tips , and we reminisced fondly about our time at St Joe's. We parted with a big hug for each other. Thanks for all you have done for our patients, and for us, my friend......Brian
Sharon, Cathy, Barb, Sandy: My heart goes out to you during this time. Logan was a true professional who always put his patient first. He was wise and gentle with a crazy sense of humour. I always loved working with him in the OR. Sincere condolences. I will miss you my friend.
I was shocked to hear of the loss of Logan. My sincere condolences Sharon and family. There are very few words to comfort you right now. May your memories help to ease your pain. Sharon I am thinking of you with a heavy heart.
It was always an honour to work with Logan in the Eye room. Since starting my career in 1987 I was privileged to witness his quiet but strong demeanor in the OR. He had a way of keeping the whole room on track ...purposeful and seamless. Qualities you could trust. It was no secret that patients loved him and had faith in his skills...they knew they would be well cared for. His quick wit and wry humor would instantly calm even the most anxious of patients. What a relief for them to have Logan by their side. A true scholar and a gentleman...thanks my friend for having the right stuff. Sharon, your loss is shared with us all.....Bruce.
Sharon, so sorry to hear of Dr. Millmans passing. ........Doug.

We were all saddened by the sudden passing of Logan. I knew Logan for over twenty-five years working with him regularly in the operating room at St. Joseph's Hospital in London. He was an excellent anesthesiologist; sought after by patients and staff alike due to his calm demeanor, sense of humour, efficiency and the quality care he provided to all he served. I am comforted knowing he will be looking down on us with his ever present Diet Coke in hand!

My sincere condolences to the family. Logan was my friend, and colleague. It was always a pleasure walking in to the OR room, and see him behind the anesthetic machine with his never-emptying can of diet coke. I had absolute faith that my patients were looked after by the best. I miss you my friend...
I began working with Dr. Millman 30 plus years ago. The first few weeks I didn't know "what to think." But after a few months I realized what all the other nurses and doctors knew. When you were assigned to work with him you knew you were going to have a safe, professional, organized and enlightened day and the odd laugh. Thank you Smiley for making my work life so gratifying and fulfilling . Rosemary
Dr Logan Millman was a wonderful example of a gifted Anesthesiologist who combined technical expertise with bedside manner and compassion. He was also a great teacher who mentored countless Anesthesiology Residents. He inspired confidence in patient and Surgeon alike and was the Anesthesiologist patients requested and Surgeons hoped for.
So sorry to hear about Logan's passing. You had a great relationship for many years. My prayers are with you at this time, Sharon, please accept my sincere condolences.

He taught me very early on where the safe place was to stand during an extubation....I will miss the way he greeted me as "Nurse Zanutto". We have many memories to treasure, and I've many fond photos of the man who would stop to indulge in them.
To Barb I'm so sorry to hear of your dads passing. He was the grumpy bear with the heart of gold. I always had a good day when I was assigned to work with him. He will be missed by many, he was loved by all.
With tears, we try to sum up many years of friendship into a few short words. Logan was respected by us for his skill as an amazing anesthetist. He was loved by us for his whit and kindness. He was a quiet, powerful force in our operating rooms. We will miss you dear friend.
The first time I worked with Dr. Millman, 30 years ago, was a terrifying experience. It didn't take long to realize he was a softie in disguise. "Smiley" was a man of few words but when he talked you listened. He was a rock and I respected him very much. He will be missed!

Dear Sharon We have such lovely memories of our visits with you and Logan. You two were such a good fit. We will miss him...we are thinking of you... Love Mary and chris
Logan was the the first Anesthesia resident who I worked with in my new role as medical coordinator of the ICU at Victoria Hospital in 1968. He was a most conscientious and reliable colleague and continued on with those qualities during his over 40 years of providing Anesthesia care at St. Joseph's Hospital. As a faculty member at Western he contributed to medical student and resident training in our speciality. It is sad that he could not enjoy his retirement and the fellowship with former colleagues. Sharon and family, please accept my condolences. Gord Sellery
