Peacefully, at Parkwood Institute on Friday, July 22nd, 2016, Mr. Mel Roloson, of London, in his 90th year. Loving husband of Gladys (Palmer) Roloson and dear father of Janice (Phil) Rutledge, of London, and Nancy (Randy) McGahan, of Newbury. Dear brother of Marguerite Wysynski, of Sault Ste. Marie; Jean Roloson, of Exeter; and Don Roloson, of Granton. Sadly missed also by his 8 grandchildren. Predeceased by his brothers Joe and Harvey, and by his sister Mary Erickson. Visitation will take place on Monday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 26th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Private family interment of ashes in Tillsonburg at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Mel are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program.

RIP Mel. You will be missed by many. You were a gentle soul with a dry sense of humour and we had many laughs sitting around the kitchen table at Betty and Harvey's home. We were not related to you by blood but we thought of you as if you were. You fought the horrible disease of cancer and won over the odds you were given some years ago but in the end Gid needle you to come home to be with those who went on before you. You will live in our hearts forever. God Bless 💕ðŸ™
