Of London, passed away on Thursday, August 11th, 2016. Beloved husband of Fiona and loving father to Maya and Elora. Cremation has taken place. Please join the family to share cherished memories on Tuesday, August 16th, 2016 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Lamplighter Inn, 591 Wellington Road South, London. The family respectfully requests no flowers, please. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of David are asked to consider the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Nature Conservancy of Canada.

Fiona - I am so sorry for your loss. I had many conversations with Dave when he visited our office in Oakville. He was always so proud of his daughters and spoke very fondly of you. He will be sadly missed by all of his colleagues. He was a wonderful inspiration to many of us.
