I was deeply saddened by the news of Amanda's passing. My heart felt condolences to you and your family. Although I only had the pleasure of the 'working' Amanda, she was always 'present' and positive and took everyone's input and needs to heart. All of us at Lafarge will miss her.

~ Richele Hartjes

A beautiful soul taken too soon. There are so many things left unsaid, so many visits left undone. I wish I could go back in time and change that. You carried your heart on your sleeve and loved with all you had. I wish my son got the privilege of meeting you and being in your company. One day... R.I.P Mandy. May the angels lead you in. Until we meet again.

~ Jade Tizzone

Amanda-- you will be greatly missed by those of us who had the privilege of knowing you. At the Protea Club of London you participated enthusiastically and generously at the Braais. Your sense of humour and ingenuity with making things work will be fondly remembered. ( The bananas and condensed milk dessert when we were short of desserts at one Braai). How we laughed!! Everyone loved your dessert! At this tragic time--our sincere condolences, compassion and sympathy go to your loved ones in Canada and South Africa. Rest in Peace Amanda, Sallie and Alex Hammond
