Marion Hayes, affectionately known as “Cooie”, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at London’s University Hospital – Palliative Care Unit, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late John, her husband of 49 years. Lovingly remembered by her son, Glenn (Lois); daughter Diane; granddaughters Heather and Anna (Jason); sister Rosemarie; brother Clair (Joy); sister-in-law Mary; and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister, Virginia and her brother, Harold. A memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, September 10th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Private interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Sarnia. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Marion are asked to consider the Palliative Care Unit at University Hospital.
