Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, February 8th, 2017, with family by his side in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Dorothy. Cherished step-father of Shelley Hagar (Gordon), Michael Peck (Heidi), and Carolyn Williams (Tom). Dear Papa to Darren, Ethan, Kelly, David and Ben. Brother-in-law to Carol, Bill (Brenda), Marilyn (Herbert), Gloria (Late Ken and Late Tom), and Ken (Pam). Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother, Ken. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel. 709 Wonderland Road, North on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. with visitation from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Interment of cremated remains at Woodland Cemetery, London. Those wishing to make donations in memory of Jack are asked to consider Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario or a charity of your choice.

Very sad to hear about Jack's passing. I remember him very fondly. He always made me feel welcome and like one of the family. A nice sense of humour and always interested in what I had to say. A big part of my youth growing up back in Winnipeg. My sincere condolences to Dorothy as well as Shelley, Mike and Carolyn.
