Peacefully, at peopleCare Oakcrossing on Friday, February 24th, 2017 in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Bruno Lavallée. Loving mother of Nil (Christine) Lavallée of Peterborough, Marianne (William) Lavallée-Stoddart of Ottawa, and Stella (Robert) Teasell of London. Cherished grandmother of Rebecca (Kai) Christensen, Rachel (Timothy) Seaman, Ruth Ann (Drew) Dafoe, Renée Lavallée (Trevor Harrison) and Tabitha Stoddart and great-grandmother of Anna, Bruno, Felix and Isabella. Dear sister of Ernest Coutu (Lucile). A memorial service will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, February 25th, 2017 at 8:30 a.m., with visitation ½ hour prior. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Germaine are asked to consider a charity of your choice.
