Passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 4th, 2017, at the age of 49. Survived by his mother Frances Evans (John) and his step-mother Alicia Mifsud. Predeceased by his father David Mifsud; grandparents Anthony and Nina Mifsud, and Mic and Betty Everard. Missed by his sister Holly Evans (Ji), brother Rhys Evans (Anna), step-sister Nicole Malette and step-brother Brandyn Malette. Noel will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday, March 8th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Noel are asked to consider the London Humane Society or Mission Services of London.

Oh Noel - I just found out now and I've missed the chance to say goodbye for the very last time. Can't believe I'll never see that smile again...
