Dear Ron and family: Our hearts are saddened with the news of Alice's passing yet we rejoice in the blessed hope that she is with her Lord and we will all be reunited one day. Alice has played such an important role in our lives over the past 30 years and her commitment to Compassion's ministry and to the children we serve has been an inspiration to all of us. May God strengthen and comfort you. ~Barry & Sharon Slauenwhite

Dear Ron and family: It has been an honour to know Alice since 1991 -- first as a fellow staff member at Compassion Canada, and later when she continued here by volunteering. Alice and Ron have both been great examples to me over the years as I have witnessed their faith walk. Their choice has always been to live out their lives for Jesus in an utterly visible manner, and yet also with such winsome genuine humility. On behalf of my wife Dorothy and our family please accept our heartfelt condolences. We will continue to pray for the Wilson extended family.

We'd like to add our sympathies across the miles. So sorry for your loss but rejoicing she is face to face with her Savior. Praying for peace for you all

Dear Ron, My heart is with you as you go through this time of loss. I have many fond memories of you and Alice. Norm and I enjoyed our "catching up" in our yearly visits to Southdale. I know that Norm valued Alice as a co-worker at Compassion those many years. With LOVE AND PRAYER, Dorothy (That's a lovely picture of Alice).
