At St. Joseph’s Hospice on Thursday, August 31, 2017, Margaret “Margit” Uzonyi, of London, passed away at the age of 80 (aka 39). Dear wife of Julius. Cherished mother of Julie, Alec (Ida) and John. Loving grandmother of Jess. Predeceased by her sister-in-law, Helen Giczeszku. Sister-in-law of Frank Giczeszku. She will be dearly missed by the Hungarian community at St. Patrick’s Parish. A memorial service will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 12:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Private family interment. Our heartfelt condolences to the Uzonyi Family. Margaret was an amazing woman who always had a smile to share. I remember her for making the best cabbage rolls in London. We will keep her in our prayers. May she rest in peace.
