Thanks so much Casey. Your Mom was a truly giving woman. She will be dearly missed. Love to all at home
Our deepest condolences to you and your whole family. I have so many special childhood memories of your Mom while visiting with your grandparents in New Dundee when we were all kids. Instead of cousins, Kathy was like an older sister for me because we each only had brothers for siblings. I loved spending time with her and we had lots of special times together that I will cherish always. She will be dearly missed. . Love and big hugs for everyone â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
Our deepest sympathy from your Nova Scotia family Although, never got to see each other often, I reflect back on all the memories when Cathy, Jim and her parents would come to Nova Scotia and stay with my parents on their vacation. The times we would go to Port Maitland Beach swimming and fishing, was the highlight of my summer ,as a young boy. You are no longer with us but your memories well carry on . In times like this I reflect on the Bible and Gods promise in Revelation:21: 4 .... God himself will be with them.+ 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes,+ and death will be no more,+ neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.+ The former things have passed away."
Kathy was my closest friend who I regarded as a sister. She took the time to listen with a sympathetic ear and tell me things in her gentle way I really needed to hear. I will always cherish our memories. Through good times and sad we could always count on each other. Our friendship was genuine. I will miss her terribly! My condolences to all of you. May she Rest In Peace. Lois and Ron Musselman
Hugh, Casey, Ira & Marley: Kathy was a Bright light in all of our lives. We have all shared so much love over the years and we will miss her laughter, conversation and smiles. Remember all of the good times, talks and sage advice you have received and cherish her memory forever. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8: For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to throw away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace. Now is Kathy's time to be at Peace. We love you all and are always here.
Hugh, Casey, Ira and Marley God can comfort your heart. He knows what you need during this time much better than anyone else. There's a special place in all of our hearts for our mothers, just like there's a special place in every mother's heart for her children. You must continue to carry her memory in that special place in your heart. The heart that your mother had for others is a rare gift to the many people who had the privilege to know her and be blessed by her. Please accept our condolences.
Hugh, Casey and Ira, we are so sad to hear of Kathy passing away. I wish we had made it for a visit, I will miss Kathy so much. We will be attending on Saturday so we can honour her life. Sincerely Murray and Sylvia Koch
So sorry for your loss, Karen and I are sending our thoughts and prayers your eay
We were saddened to hear that Kathy passed away, and very sorry that we never had a chance to get together when you moved to London. Our thoughts are with you and your family. In 1950 my father and Kathy's father along with one other friend left Nova Scotia to make their way in Kitchener Ontario. They married and three baby girls were born in the same year.
