Passed away on Sunday, July 29th, 2018, surrounded by family, at the McCormick Home, London, in her 88th year. Loving mother of Georgia Watkin (William “Bill”) of London, Ontario and Brett Nettleton of Cambridge, Ontario. Proud Nana of Shelby Nettleton (Quentin Grandine) of Mount Brydges. Special Great-Nana of Myles and Maelyn Grandine. Dear aunt to Lisa Ryckman. Predeceased by her husbands, George Nettleton (1998) and Samuel McBride (2010), and her brother Skip Ryckman (2004). Lifelong friend of Patricia Sampson of London. Jackie was a loving friend to all and a longtime member of the Mount Zion United Church in London. Special thanks to the staff of Willow Ridge at the McCormick Home for their compassionate care during her stay. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jackie are asked to consider the McCormick Care Foundation.

Jackie's smile will be missed around McCormick home. She had such a big heart and shared her love with everybody around her. Her smile could brighten anybody's day and she will always hold a place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. May she rest in the sweetest peace.
