Passed peacefully at home, on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, with family by her side. Predeceased by her husband Ray, and sister Shirley Martin. Frances is survived by her sister Virginia Zande. A caring, loving mother to Christine, Kim and Wendy. Beloved grandmother to Dawn-Marie, Kyle, Stephanie, Crystal, Felicia, and great-grandma to Jesse, Preston, Riley, Logan, Ethan, Deklan, Destiny, and Liam. We will miss Mom’s hilarious sense of humour, and having her around every day. Special thanks to Barb Wilson, Dr. Huang and the staff at Victoria Hospital – Renal Care. At Frances’ request, there will be no funeral services. Those wishing to make a donation in her memory are asked to consider the Kidney Foundation of Canada.

Mom, I just want to say I love you and will miss you very much. You also had two great grandchildren from Dawn, Jamie and Charles. Your whole family will all miss you very much, but we have the hope of the resurrection stated in the Bible at John chapter 5 verses 28 and 29 knowing we will see you again is a great source of comfort to us all. My condolences to the daughters, and extended family of Frances. I worked with Frances for over 25 years. I admired her... she worked hard and took a long bus ride to work and home. Thank you for sharing this picture of your mom,. I can still see the sparkle in her eyes and her friendly smile. I will miss hearing her voice at the other end of the phone. She surely will be missed. She had a concern for others and a love for her family. Rest in peace my friend. love from Jackie
