Peacefully at LHSC – Victoria Hospital, on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, in her 89th year. Very proud and devoted sister of Mary Cartwright. Predeceased by her siblings George (Dorothea) Cartwright, Jack (Maise) Cartwright, Bill (Doris) Cartwright, Earl (Rose) Cartwright, Gordon (Marion) Cartwright, and Florence (Gordon) Ballingal. Loving daughter of the late Emily and George Cartwright. Dorraine will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was a member of Earle Terry Singers and worked at London Life for almost 40 years. A funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Dorraine are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or St. Paul’s Cathedral – Renovation Fund.

I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Do's passing. She was a wonderful lady and I enjoyed any time we spent together. Always to be remembered with love and affection.
The loss of our dear Aunt Dorraine will leave a big whole in our lives. She was a kind and loving person with a big heart and a loud whistle. We will miss her.
