We are sorry for your loss. We will remember Bill in so many ways - his quirky sense of humour, his love of rugby, his challenging quizzes, and his respect for the great Scottish poets, William McGonagall and Rabbie Burns. Slainte mhath

They say the world is a small place but sometimes it's just too big to be there for family at times like these. Very fond memories of my time spent with Uncle Billy, talking about the Jags (not an easy conversation at times) him teaching me about Burns poetry and our chats over a beer or three on the garden deck. Will be dearly missed by all the Scottish clan back in Glasgow. Rest in peace. Gerry

Dear Stewart, I have just today googled your father's name to find out now that he died in December. ( March 11, 2019 ). He had been so good to connect with me after Ronald died. I just could't figure out why I was not getting his emails and mine were being sent back. Then I recently phoned him to find out that the number was no longer functioning. He never told me he was not well. Do you remember that your dear mother worked with my husband on Hale street so many years ago. Ronald was so very fond of her. Her life was really cut short. Happy memories of both your parents. That's the only way to move forward. lots of love, Carroll Willer
