Passed away peacefully, the way he lived, on Thursday, February 7, 2019. He was a veteran of D-Day. Predeceased by his wife, Ruth Lillian (2007), and his son, David Ross (1988). Lovingly remembered by daughter, Linda Jane (Tom). Special Poppy to Mark (Melanie), Mathew (Jessica) and Kristin (Michael); and three great-granddaughters, Caitlin, Emily and Lyla. My condolences to Joe's family. We had many great conversations while working at North York Hydro. May he Rest in Peace.

Joe was a nigh our as well as a coworker. Always soft spoken and just a very nice guy. My sincere condolences on his passing
WE had great times with Joe and Ruth . Got to know them even better when I remodeled their kitchen in Willowdale what a great couple. We traded Christmas cards for years . We will miss hearing about their family. Small world, Linda's husband Tom and I went to the same high school. Our sincere condolences to the entire family. May god grant you peace.

Did not know Joe well but remember him as a nice guy
Very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. My late husband always enjoyed getting together with Joe and reminiscing about their times at the Hydro. I will always remember fondly spending time with Joe and Ruth.
So sorry to hear about Joe's passing. Gord and I had many good times and good trips together with Joe and Ruth. I will miss him very much. My deepest sympathies to the entire family.

Joe was a calm sincere person that truly cared about others, Joe will be sadly missed. It was a pleasure knowing Him. Our deepest condolences to his family.
