Peacefully at St. Mary’s – Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care, London, on Thursday, August 15, 2019, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Jackson Aves. Cherished mother of Elizabeth “Betty” Aves, Garnett Schmidt and Robert Aves (Dawn). Proud Granny of Matthew (Luis), Ryan (Becky), Bobby (Roisin), Rebecca (Derick), Karma and Felicia. Missed by 11 great-grandchildren. At Garnett’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be a private family interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Garnett are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex.
