Peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at Country Terrace in Komoka, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of Mason (2000). Loving mother of Linda Radford (late Hugh 2010), Larry (Annette), and David (Brenda), all of London. Grandmother to Catherine Ward, of Ottawa, Dale Brownscombe, and Erin Brownscombe, of London. Great-grandmother “GG” to Parker Mason, of Ottawa. Sister of the late Cyril Parker, of Woodstock, the late Betty Mercer, of Brantford, and the late Bernice Callaghan, of Oakville. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Marie was an avid Bridge player while she lived in Woodstock. The family would like to thank the staff at Country Terrace for the care and love they showed Mom in the 2 ½ years she lived there. Private interment will be held at the North Embro Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Marie are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the London Regional Cancer Program.

Dear Linda, our hearts go out to you at this very sad time. I know your mom was very dear to you & to your family.....endings are hard & so sad but, she will always be with you, in good times and in bad .... may your memories sustain you.

Marie and Mace, when they were first married, were neighbours of my parents on King Street in Woodstock. I was ten years younger and always thought they were a neat couple. I learned about Marie's recent death while googling different names of Woodstock acquaintances.I send my condolences to her family.
