Peacefully at peopleCare Oakcrossing on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, Margaret went to be with the Lord and join her beloved husband, the late Terry Blissett. Cherished mother of Jennifer and Ross Smith and the late Michael Blissett. Special and loved Nannie of grandchildren: Vanessa and Jeff; Steven and Laura; Katelyne and James; Sarah; Jessie and Graham. Light-hearted Nannie of great-grandchildren: Jake, Emily, Brett, and Cole; Cameron and Brooke; Jalyne and Grace; James and Anderson and great-great grandchild Brady. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of peopleCare Oakcrossing Long Term Care for the compassionate care in making peopleCare a home to Margaret. In lieu of flowers, any donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the MS Society of Canada would be appreciated. A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.

Dear Jennifer, I am so sorry to read of your Mom's passing. I first met Margaret when she was about 36. She was friendly, energetic and had a great sense of humour, which she shared with your Dad. They enjoyed bantering whenever I was in their company. You and Michael were a source of tremendous pride for her. I am thinking of you and the family. Sherry
