Peacefully at Oakcrossing Retirement Home on Monday, January 25, 2021, Mrs. Ruth (née Churcher) Hazelwood, of London, in her 89th year. Wife of the late Fred Hazelwood (1996). Loving mother of Rick and Lee Hazelwood (Ron Sabo). Proud Grandma of Spencer and Griffin. Ruth and family wish to express sincere gratitude to the staff at Oakcrossing Retirement Home, the London Regional Cancer Program, and to her dear friends who were so supportive and helpful over the years. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ruth are asked to consider Community Living London.

So sorry to hear this Rick and Lee. Fred and Ruth were a big part of my life and thought of regularly. My thoughts and prayers go out to you both. I'm sure there are quite a few from the London Hydro retirees who join me with this message.
We are so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I will always remember our chats when I would go over and fix her telephone cord. She will be missed.

Dear Rick & Lee. So sorry to learn of the passing of your mother. She was a beautiful lady and I'm sure you will miss her greatly.
