Helena Emily (née Hazucha) Golian

August 23, 1926 – June 7, 2021

It is with profound sadness that we announce on Monday, June 7, 2021, our Mother, the one constant in our lives, was finally released from her earthly bonds into the loving arms of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Devoted wife of husband Nicholas Golian (2001); unconditional loving mother of Milan (2005), Helen (Michael), Susan (Miron), Andrew (Susan), Mary (Dan), Anna (Frank), Paul, Katherine (Lubo); proud and supportive grandmother to 10 grandchildren; and loving GiGi to 14 great-grandchildren.

We were so blessed to have this beautiful, caring, warm and welcoming individual as our mother. Through the many hardships she endured in her life she persevered and showed us what loving was. She was the very soul of our family.

She will be forever missed…our Mama.

A private visitation and funeral service will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. A private interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery & Holy Family Chapel Mausoleum. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Helena are asked to consider the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Canada or the Humane Society London and Middlesex, or a charity of your choice.
