Henry Valkenburg

Passed away peacefully at University Hospital on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, in his 84th year. Loving father of Elizabeth (Mike) Barnett and Shirley Valkenburg. Will be greatly missed by his loving companion, Sylvia. Predeceased by his daughter, Julie (2002); son, Henry (2020); brother, Peter (Mary) (2019); brother, Albert (Janny) (2017); sisters, Trudy (1996) and Nelly (1951). He will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by twin sister, Hendrika (Burt), of Clinton and Jenny (Jap), of the Netherlands. A private family burial will be held at Woodland Cemetery, 493 Springbank Drive, London, on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Henry are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
