Peacefully on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at McCormick Home, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her loving husband, Larry. Loving mother of John Cade (Dawn), of London, Rick Cade (Colleen), of Cambridge, Geoffrey Cade (Jennifer), of London, and Pamela McNamara, of Waterloo. Dear grandmother of Krista Cade, Marc Cade, Scott Cade, Graham Cade, Stuart Cade, Elizabeth Cade, Liam and Noah McNamara. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all staff at McCormick Home for their caring work during difficult times – and especially those staff on Evergreen Walk for their compassionate care of Barb. Cremation has taken place and a private family ceremony will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Barb are asked to consider the McCormick Care Foundation.

Geoff, Jennifer, Stuart, Elizabeth and all the Cade family - our sincere sympathies on this loss. We remember Barb from times prior to McCormick in her backyard and at your home for family celebrations. She was always so pleasant and welcoming. Loss of a mom/grandmother is a hard thing indeed, and our thoughts are with you all.
