Sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. Fondly remember the Friday night curling at the old horse barn and later at the Ivanhoe. We would like to share our sincere condolences to Nancy and all the family.
We are sorry to hear of Jack's passing. In my memory, he always had a smile and a joke. My condolences to all the family.
Nancy, Jacqui and family, I'm sorry to hear about losing Jack. I have great memories of him walking the halls at Longworth. He smile and laugh will always been in mind. He always had a quick response back to anything I said to him and was such a wonderful man. I can only image how you are all feeling right now. My condolence to everyone. Keeping you all in my thoughts. Kate Vergilio - Former MAC/ PSW at Longworth
My sincere condolences to the family of true gentleman. Jack was one you would want to call a friend. I curled with Jack at Ilderton for a number of years. He will be missed and not forgotten.
Nancy and family. Because Jack had not been able to be at breakfast with the Bell guys for some time I had missed seeing him. We first met about 1965 when we worked together in Simcoe. He was such a nice man to know. I will miss his friendship. Verne
Dear Nancy, Jeff , Jacqui and Families. Steve and I are so sorry to hear the sad news about, Jack and thinking of all of you. Nancy, we are so grateful for all the years we shared our backyards with you and Jack. It was a blessing we never forget. Jack’s good humour, smile and helpfulness will always be remembered.
Nancy, Jacqui, Jeff and families. My sincere condolences to all of you. I didn't get to visit in person often, but when I did it was always a good visit with all of you. Jack always had a smile on his face, was kind and a gentle man. You will have a lot of memories I am sure and that will keep him close. Specific memories that come to my mind are camping years ago at Kakabeka Falls; his peach pancakes (where he seemed to end up with all the peaches) at Turkey Point, and being able to attend Nancy and Jack's 60th Wedding Anniversary. May all your good memories bring you peace.
Nancy, So sorry to hear about Jack. It was good to see him again at Byron United years after our move from September Cr. He always had a wave when we walked by your house on the way to the park. Looks like you have lots of family to surround you at this difficult time and lots of wonderful memories. Deepest sympathy, Carol Breen.
Remembering Jack at Bell Canada, and for his service in the hockey world. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time.
I'm so sorry to read about the death of my good friend and curling buddy. Jack and two other friends and I travelled to and from the Ilderton Curling Club and enjoyed many games together for several years. We enjoyed his great sense of humour and friendly personality. My sincere condolences to the family.
