Peacefully with family by her side, at University Hospital on Thursday, September 11, 2025, in London, ON, at the age of 86.
Loving mother of Catherine and Randall Stanton, adored grandmother of Jordan Stanton. Survived by her siblings, Gladys Guilfoyle, Betty Citro, and Linda Eaton; predeceased by her parents, Pearl Gratton and Glennister R. Henderson, and siblings Muriel Harris and Donald Henderson.
A woman full of life and vigour, Audrey was always the life of the party and the first to lend a helping hand when able. Whether it be her extensive career in Canada Post or her world travels, she was always up to something new and exciting. She will be dearly missed by everyone touched by her grace.
As per Audrey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside memorial will be taking place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 303 Riverside Drive, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., followed by a light luncheon off-site. All attendees, please meet at the main office by the Riverside Drive entrance for 11:15 a.m., and we will proceed to the grave site from there.
Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Audrey are asked to consider The Men’s Mission or Clinical Neurology Services Department at University Hospital.

Well Audrey we knew this day would come. You've been tired for a while now. I'm glad I was able to see you a couple of times in hospital before going on my vacation. I will treasure all of our memories from CPC and our personal get togethers. I will miss you very much and love you forever, Mom 2. Love always Dawn xxoo
My Dear Aunt Audrey, I was so lucky to have you in my life. The fun we had together when I was younger will always stay with me, from cherry picking to your visits at camp, you were always there when we needed you. I’ll never forget the laughs we shared, especially when I was helping you move into your last apartment. The advice you gave me and the joy we found in those moments will stay with me forever.
