Annakutty Abraham

Peacefully at Parkwood Institute, on Monday, January 12, 2026, Annakutty Abraham, at the age of 88. Loving and devoted wife of the late Abraham Pinakkattu (2018) for 48 years. Cherished mother of Elizabeth Abraham and her late son, Leo Abraham (2017) (Sonia). Proud grandmother of Owen, Ian, Sebastian, and Ethan. Anna will be missed by her brother Thomas Chackungal of Kerala, India, sister Naithy Kutty of Virginia, sister-in-law Theresa Chackungal, and nieces Smita and Nisha. Missed by grand-niece baby Angelie.

Anna was a caring nurse for 30 years. Special thanks to Fr. Matthew for being a dear friend and spiritual advisor, and many thanks to the amazing, caring team in the palliative care unit at Parkwood Institute.

Visitation to take place at Westview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. Prayers taking place at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Church, 249 Hamilton Rd, London, on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery to follow. Those wishing to donate in memory of Anna are asked to consider Palliative Care at Parkwood Institute.
