Passed peacefully at home in her 91st year on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
Cherished wife of the late Edward (Ted) Wansbrough (2014) for over 57 years. Proud and loving mom of Douglas (Sharon) and Susan (Tatiana). Loving grandma of Derek (Sum) and Russell (Anne). Adoring great grandmother of Charlie, Joey, Evie and Tyson. Loving sister of the late Harold and Glen Moore. Predeceased by parents, Clarence and Eileen Moore (née Baird). Lurene will be missed by extended family and many friends.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at Westview Funeral Home, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Private interment to be held in the spring at Glendale Cemetery, Toronto, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Humane Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Susan, I am so very sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. I know how hard this must be for you, as I know that you were very close to her.
