Marjorie MaryLou “Lou” Claypole
January 7, 1937 - September 2, 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of MaryLou “Lou” Claypole on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. After 66 years of an unwavering love to her devoted husband, Richard (Dick), she has sadly passed away, fighting a courageous battle with dementia.
Her devoted faith, calm demeanor, classy disposition and overall beauty should be emulated by all of us. Her sincere kindness, generosity and hospitable approach made everybody feel warm and welcomed in her presence. “Would you like to come in for a drink?” was her favourite line. May we all draw on the lessons she has taught us and develop the same giving spirit while reaching out to help others.
God bless her and everybody that knew her! May peace be always with you!
Cremation has taken place. A private interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Lou’s memory to the Colborne Street United Church in London.
