Ernest Arthur Petrie, aged 91, passed away at home on Sept 11, 2026. He was predeceased by his wife Noreen (née McIntosh ), wife Sandy (née Clarke), sister Dorren Pointon (née Haynes) and brother-in-law Lou Pointon, as well as nephew Billie Hobbs
Survived by nieces and nephews : Jeri Moon (née Hobbs) and spouse Herb Moon, Lori Jo Coleman (née Hobbs) and spouse Gary Coleman, Peter Hobbs and spouse Tammy Hobbs (née O’Brien), Christine Andrews (née Hobbs) and spouse Rob Andrews, 7 great-nieces and nephews, 12 great-great nieces and nephews and 3 great-great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Westview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. Interment to follow the visitation. For those wishing to donate in memory of Ernest are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.
