Suddenly on Saturday, April 30th, 2016 in his 22nd year.  Beloved son of Glenn (Melinda) and Tammy (Chris).  Loving brother of Kelly and Christine and stepbrother of Chelsey, James, Lexi, Noah and Tyler.  Cherished grandson of Dorothy (the late Frank) Johnson, Lee and Edward DeJardine, and Raymond Doyle.  Proud nephew of Jill (Stephen) Seaborn, Sean DeJardine and Darlene Impey.  Will be greatly missed by his cousins Aimi, Alex, Alexandra, Gabriel, Joshua and Nicholas.  Memorial visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, May 14th, 2016 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. with words of remembrance at 3:00 p.m.  Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Adam are asked to consider the Children’s Health Foundation.
