Adrian Smith

SMITH, Adrian – Peacefully, with his family by his side, at Longworth Longterm Care on Sunday, June 19^th, 2011, Adrian Smith passed away in his 88^th year.  Beloved husband of Shirley.  Dear father of Wayne (Lynne), of Ingersoll and Linda (Lee Haney) Draisey, of London.  Loving grandfather of Shawn Draisey, Sherri (Dwayne) Kloepfer and Scott (Jayne) Smith.  Great grandfather of Brandt and Nash Kloepfer and Cooper and Hannah Smith.  Adrian was predeceased by his son-in-law George Draisey, his grandson Curtis Draisey, his brothers Bill, Ronald and Everett Smith, his sister Mabel and by his best friend, Charlie Jarrett.  A memorial service will be conducted at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, June 23^rd, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date.  Donations to the Alzheimer Society or to Veterans Care at Parkwood Hospital would be appreciated.  Special thanks to the staff, residents and their families of “Yellow Rose” at Longworth Longterm Care in London for their constant care and support.
