Dear Emma, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Alex. My memories of Alex are on the golf course as photographer for many of our events. He was always so much fun and such a delight. My deepest condolences to you and your family Emma.
Emma and family, My family and I will always cherish the memories of growing up right across the street from you on Embassy. I can picture Mr. Dobronyi out there mowing his perfect lawn and tending to the shrubs and flowers with such great care. We are sorry we didn't see this obit in time to support you but know that we will always cherish the fond memories of such a gentle man. Our deepest condolences. Anna and Rosa Mazzilli and family
Dear Dobronyi family, Alex left a very heartfelt condolence for my husband, Ron Rogers (P.U.C. lineman) when he passed on Nov.17/18. Ron always spoke so highly of Alex. My deepest condolences.
Emma we are sad to learn of the passing of Alex. He will be missed here on Kirkpatrick Way. The neighbourhood will certainly miss seeing Alex out on his daily walks, chatting with people and weeding public flower beds. Our condolences to you and your family.
So very sorry to read in my morning paper of Alex's passing. My late husband Doug worked at the PUC when Alex was in charge and always had kind words to say about him. He will be missed. My heartfelt condolences to you Em and to all your family and friends.
Sad to learn of the passing of Alex. He was a neighbour for many years on Embassy Ave. I also knew him in a professional capacity in my role as Director of Planning for the City of London. I know that he loved golf so I hope he enjoys the heavenly links where there are no hazards. God bless you my friend and may the Good Lord welcome you into His club and provide comfort to your family.
Our sincerest condolences to the Dobronyi family. I have fond memories of good times at the Dobronyi house. Alex was always so gracious, generous and just a classy gentleman. David
I heard today that Mr Dobronyi had passed away and felt very sad. I spent 35 years at the Utility but the early years when we were the P.U.C. were the best. In those days we were like family and I loved going to work. Mr Dobronyi knew us all and was a complete gentleman. He showed he cared about us and we were so lucky to have had his leadership for so long. He will be lovingly remembered. After I retired I would see Alex at Tim's and we would always have a few words. My condolences to his family.
I had the privilege of working for Alex directly for a few years. One couldn't have asked for a better boss. He was a teacher and was always available to help you be successful at whatever you were doing. Alex was kind, friendly, and caring. He was a lovely man. My deepest sympathies to Emma and the rest of the family. So very sorry Alex is gone. His family and friends are better for having him here for as long as he was. He will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Alex. I have so many good memories of working with him at the P.U.C. He was such a kind hearted person and a true gentleman. I remember the very first day I began at the P.U.C. he invited me into his office and made sure I received a warm welcome on starting my new career. That meant the world to me and I will never forget it.
Lynne and Tony Our condolences to you and your family. We hope knowing that he will always be in your hearts helps ease the pain of losing your dad (and grandpa and great-grandpa). And, in time, may the many good memories and stories of activities you did with your dad bring a smile to your faces.

I enjoyed many years with Alex as part of the Wednesday Senior Men's league at Sunningdale. He loved taking our pictures, to say nothing of a good round of golf. His sunny presence on the course has been missed. Please accept my sincere condolences.
Michele and I offer our deepest condolences to the Dobronyi family. While Alex will certainly be missed, our fond memories of him will always survive.
My time spent at original P.U.C. was a true pleasure because of Alex. A gracious G/M, a gentleman and not all that bad a golfer either. My condolences to the family, he truly will be missed

We had the privilege of working for Alex and he was a great boss. He was a great leader, and a kind person who cared about the people who worked for him., He made a point of knowing everyone's name in every department which was quite impressive. Alex was a true gentleman in every way. I remember the beautiful roses he grew that he would bring into work to share with us who worked for him in the Executive office. I have so many great memories of working for him. It was evident that his family was everything to him and we heard some wonderful stories! With our deepest sympathy to all of you.
