Our dear mother, Alexandra Sandin, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 9th, 2018. She is survived by her children Victoria, Henry and Victor Sandin, and also by her grandsons, Christopher and Derek Sandin. Also missed by her extended family: Lisa Sandin, Jerry and Oleh Juraszko, Bill and Lida Reid, and our relatives from California, Liz Sandin and Ann Jarrett. Alexandra had been an active member of Dundas Centre United Church and the Boys & Girls Club for many years before her illnesses. Her two main passions in life were her extensive travels and her Ballroom Dancing. Mom will be sorely missed, but forever in our hearts. A Celebration of Mom’s Life will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, November 15th, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Alexandra are asked to consider the Boys & Girls Club of London.

I'm so sorry for your loss Victoria. The few times I met your mother I found her an absolute delight. What a woman she was to be so active and outgoing into her 90's! I know you will miss her desperately. My thoughts are with you. Hugs, Nancy

My deepest condolences and Blessings to the Sandin and extended families. 'Alice' was my heartfelt friend for almost 50 years. She will be sorely missed. I always admired her fortitude and humour, despite a very difficult life. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.
