Peacefully at Parkwood Institute on Monday, August 8, 2022, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Janet. Loving father of Janice (Kevin), Michael (Linda), and Richard (Belinda). Cherished papa of Spencer, Lauren, Domenic, Noah, Alicia, Emmelee, Julien, and great-papa of Elliana. Dear brother of Elsa Marziali (Ian). Also missed by his brother-in-law David Branton. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Divine Parish, 390 Base Line Road West, London, on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Alteo are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program.

I had the privilege and pleasure of working with/for Tanner for a few years. He was kind, knowledgeable, honourable and a true gentleman who had a smile for everyone. I am grateful our paths crossed. Deepest sympathy.
Mike and all the family, I was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. He was a true gentleman and I always enjoyed meeting up with him at the Pensioners luncheon each September. He was such a valued member of the BMO family and had such a positive impact on many employees and clients. He will be greatly missed
