Andrea Kieran Johnstone
March 4, 2017
Andrea’s life was filled with love. Her arrival was a gift of love to her parents, Sherry and Richard. Her life, while difficult and challenging, was joyful and unselfish. She was an example of pure love and strength to her sisters, Josslyn and Rachael, who returned her love unconditionally. Her longevity and quality of life were a tribute to her caring friends at Participation House. They gave her life meaning and fulfillment and we are forever grateful. Her passing was eased by the loving care of Intensive Care Unit staff at University Hospital and her family physician, Dr. Jo-Anne Hammond. Andrea was the light that blessed our family and we will love and cherish her for the rest of our days. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, March 11th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service at 3:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to Participation House would be appreciated.

Dear Richard and Sherry, Andrea was blessed to have been born into your loving home. I will always remember the fellowship we shared the evening of 9-11. Sherry's art show brought light and joy into a very dark day. Her warm painting hangs in our home and we think of you whenever we look at it. Love, Jim and Patricia Crichton, Windsor.

To Sherry, Richard, Joslyn and Rachel So sorry to hear of Andrea's passing. I will always remember having her at Scatcherd Children's Centre and Banting SS. Most of all when I picture her it is when I would see her walking around the block with the dog on her tray. Such a cute memory. While going through this difficult time, remember to let others do things for you and lean on friends. That is what they want to do for you right now. Linda and Kevin
I am so sorry for your loss and want you to know that I am thinking of all of you during this difficult time. Dear sweet Andrea. I remember how mom would light up talking about her, and I have enjoyed being a 'FB' friend of hers over the years. Love from Vicki, Brendan and Katherine

Andrea was often in our thoughts. She taught all who met her about life and love and the meaning of "family." Glad for her life; sorry for your loss.
