I'm going to miss you Opa, I will always remember the great times we had watching Hockey Night in Canada, cheering on the Leafs and yelling at the tv together. Sincerely Ryan.

Dear tante Nel, and dear Rob & Emilie, If we would have a flower for all the times Uncle Ton made us smile and laugh out loud, we would all have a garden to walk in forever! His love and pride for you was so heart-warming and obvious. We will always remember his love, his friendship and all his jokes! He is now watching over all of us, and will protect us with his angel's wings... With deepest sympathy and lots of love, Jeanet & Rudy & Bianca, met een dikke xxx op jullie voorhoofd!

Dear tante Nel, Rob, tante Suzy and Oom Cas, We send our deepest condolences. It is not easy when your dearest passes on. I have many, many fond memories of my youth with oom Tony. When Ben and I think of him it puts a smile on our faces. His humour and intense way of enjoying the little things in life were inspiring. We are thankful that in 2012 we enjoyed having lunch with you both and recalled so many happy times we had together. Our thoughts are with you all. (NL)

Dear Nel, we are very sorry to hear of the loss of Ton, your husband. We have lots of good memories of ome Toon from the times we visited your home in Canada, but also when you and Ton were in Holland. With humour in his special grumpy style, Ton liked to tease other people and he made everybody smile that way. We sure had a good time with him and your family. We wish you lots of strength with this loss and we will remember Toon as a good friend. With sympathy, Nico and Margot (NL)
