Arcelli Lee Castaneda

With deep love and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Arcelli Lee Castaneda, who peacefully left this world on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, surrounded by her family. Born on March 25, 1959, in Cebu City, Philippines, Arcelli lived a life defined by devotion, resilience, and unwavering love.

For 42 beautiful years, she was the beloved wife and lifelong partner of Fredy Castaneda. Together, they built a home filled with faith, laughter, and unity; a home where everyone was welcomed and loved.

Arcelli was a cherished mother whose guidance, warmth, and unconditional love shaped the lives of her children: Karlmichael Castaneda, together with his wife Sheryl; Krystabelle Fernandez, together with her husband Reyner; Kristian Castaneda, together with Mary Joy, Karmilynn Castaneda Lau, together with her husband Tony, and Jolee An Mecaros.

She was a devoted and loving grandmother to Therese, Mikaela, Thea, and Mateo, who brought immense joy and light into her life. As “Mama,” Arcelli offered comfort, wisdom, and affection – always giving more than she ever asked in return.

A dedicated sister, she treasured her lifelong bond with Lourdes Lee, Amalia Lazo and Bernard Lee, keeping her family close in heart and spirit, no matter the distance.

Arcelli will forever be remembered for her gentle heart, quiet strength, and boundless generosity. She touched countless lives with her kindness and compassion, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and grace.

A memorial service honoring Arcelli’s life will be held at Westview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Friday, November 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.  Her cremation will take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
